What happens after you file a report?

01 – Review

We log and evaluate the report from a technical perspective.

02 – Actions

If necessary, we develop workarounds, updates, or other corrective measures.

03 – Notification

Affected users are notified if this is necessary for product safety.

Security-related information will be treated confidentially. Please do not modify or delete any data, and do not perform DoS or load tests on customer systems. Any public disclosure should be coordinated with adphos.
